The Protagonist’s Sister Is Actually The Strongest

Have you ever read a novel with such a terrible ending that you wished you could rewrite the story and give the characters you loved the happy ending they truly deserved? I was just another failed author, writing stories that nobody read and that never sold. Seeking to improve my craft, I picked up the most popular novel of the time, “Solo Player”, hoping to learn what made it so successful. Yet as I read, frustration grew inside me. The story’s development was promising, but its ending was truly awful. Then, quite bitterly, the moment I finished the book, I found myself transmigrated into its world. Did I become the protagonist? A villain? Or perhaps even an extra? No. It was far worse than I could have imagined. I had become the most worthless character in the entire novel, someone nobody ever cared about. A character readers saw only as fuel for the protagonist’s growth, his greatest burden, and the person every reader hated. “I’m the protagonist’s sister…” However, with my complete knowledge of the novel’s events, my worthlessness was about to change. I had decided not only to become the strongest but also to rewrite the story’s terrible ending. “I won’t let you go inside a dungeon. It’s too dangerous.” …As long as I could get this incredibly corny and overprotective brother out of my way. And for some reason, the Constellations would not stop bothering me. [The Cosmic Throne {Butterfly That Flies Across The Universe} seems interested in your tenacity!] [She has sponsored 1,000,000 Plot Points and the [Demon of Calamity Transformation Technique (SS)] Skill!] [The Cosmic Throne {Monkey that Dances in Chaos} finds your chaotic nature amusing!] [He has thrown the [Umbral Chaos Stone Necklace (S Rank)] at you!] [Not enough? He launched the [Immortal Heaven Peach (SSS Rank)] right at your face!] There was clearly something wrong with the Constellations this time. [The Cosmic Throne {Jester Filled With Lies} is happy that you’re bringing despair to your victims!] [He has gifted you the [Jester’s Last Laugh (S Rank Privilege)] and the [Master of Manipulation (SS)] Skill!] [The Cosmic Throne {Maiden that Watches Over Nature} seems happy you’re growing stronger.] [She has gracefully sponsored you with 2,000,000 Plot Points and fully healed all your wounds!] [She has also begun to wonder if you could plant some trees for her and gifted you the [Divine World Tree Seedling (SSS Rank)]!] [The Cosmic Throne {Warrior That Seeks Calamity} is satisfied with your battle performance but demands more!] [He has sponsored you with 500,000 Plot Points and the [Beheading Sword of Destruction (SSS Rank)]!] They simply could not stop showering me with gifts, as if I were some famous streamer performing for their entertainment. “I am grateful, but please… just leave me alone already…”

A black coat draped over a white shirt, stained in dark, uneven patches that had yet to dry. Black trousers followed the same muted tone, blending him into the night as though he belonged to it more than the world around him. His hair was black, unremarkable at a glance, yet his eyes—sharp, brown, and unwavering—carried a quiet weight. Not exhaustion of the body, but something deeper, something that had settled within him long before this moment. Blood marked his clothes. Fresh enough to glisten faintly beneath the dim light, yet old enough to cling stubbornly, refusing to fade. The road remained silent. No footsteps but his own disturbed the stillness. No distant engines, no whisper of wind—nothing. Only a single street lamp stood above, casting a weak, yellow glow that felt… insufficient, as though it illuminated less than it should, leaving parts of the world just slightly beyond reach. And in that dim light— Something about the scene felt incomplete. Then, without warning, the streetlight flickered. Once. Then twice. Then irregularly, as though something unseen had begun interfering with its rhythm. The shadows shifted with it—but not entirely in sync. A fraction too slow. A fraction too late. As if they were no longer bound perfectly to the objects that cast them. NOTE:- Please only read if you are ready to imagine the extreme gore and all types of mortal cruelty. The Red Flags of a Serial Killer

Eliot, 22, has only one dream: to be normal. Get his degree, keep his amazing girlfriend, and blend into the crowd. But fate-or maybe that weird priest who performed an exorcism on him when he was eight-has other plans. Because Eliot has a secret he doesn't even know himself: he's a magnet for catastrophes. Not just any catastrophes. Everywhere he goes, "perfect" people tend to suffer fatal accidents-absurd, unlikely, and almost comically timed. A slip on the stairs. A forgotten allergy. A thunderstorm that strikes a little too precisely... The worst part? Eliot is convinced he's cursed. He lives in constant fear of the police and crushed by guilt over his clumsiness. What he doesn't know yet is that Karma has a very particular sense of humor. His "victims" are never innocent. A serial killer disguised as the ideal son-in-law, a neighbor with an unspeakable past, a web celebrity with cult-like tactics... Eliot cleans up the city without meaning to-one fall at a time. Between panic attacks, deadly misunderstandings, and criminal law exams, discover the story of the most incompetent-and the most effective-vigilante in history. PS : Just so you know, English isn't my native language, but I'll do my best so you can enjoy my ideas as much as possible :) "I will be posting this story on Royal Road'
