Delete Your NovelCult Account
You can request permanent deletion of your NovelCult account and associated personal data by contacting our privacy team.
How to request deletion
- 1Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
- 2Include the email address or username associated with your NovelCult account.
- 3We will verify the request and process it within 30 days.
Other ways to request deletion
- On the NovelCult website, open your profile, choose Privacy & Data, and select Delete account.
- In the NovelCult app, open your profile, scroll to the bottom, and select Delete account.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. We will verify your request before processing it, and requests are handled within 30 days.
Data removed
After verification, we delete the following account data:
- Your NovelCult account and profile information
- Associated account history and personal data
Data that may be retained
Some records may remain when retention is required by law or necessary to protect the platform:
- Transaction records required for tax or legal compliance
- Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-monitoring records
- Backup copies until they cycle out under our backup-retention process
