In a quiet town in Japan, a lonely boy named Aoi notices a strange daily phenomenon: Every evening at exactly 4:14 PM, a sudden howl of wind passes through the town. During that moment, he meets Naomi, a gentle girl who seems connected to the wind. As they begin to spend time together, Aoi realizes something unsettling that no one else seems to remember her, and her presence fades with the wind itself.
