Beastiary's Theory Of Evolution

The Beastiary's Theory Of Evolution states "All Trash Creatures Perish For The Sake Of The Higher Ones, All Trash Creatures Serve The Higher Ones, All Trash Creatures Needs To Evolve To Survive." A THEORY that is believed of different races throughout the land of Ouroboros throughout the thousands of years the world has existed. Creatures of different kinds worshipped the Great Beastiary, believed the Great Beastiary, and idolized the Great Beastiary. That was how the world of Ouroboros existed... Until a Pale-Mantle Manul broke the rule. After experiencing an impossible murder case and was henceforth suspected as the murderer of his Master, three years later after the "murder" broke out, he was sent into a Locked Room where he would need to stay until he dies. That was how Locked Rooms are; prisons where prisoners are sent to... —With the exception of the Pale-Mantle Manul. Throughout this literature, you will follow the Pale-Mantle Manul as he traverses this corrupted world of Ouroboros, ruled by the Crown. He will explore different Locked Rooms, uncover the secrets of these Locked Rooms, and unveil the history of them. However, you will have to go through all of these with different kinds of tragedies and heartwarming moments happening along the road. Especially, a slight pinch of romance in the story. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- What to expect: - A unique and new power system based around Pokemon's evolution and Kit-based power system. - A new world that isn't just a globe with different geographies. The world is a circular serpent swallowing itself through different time periods. - Well written characters that aren't just one note. They all have their own motivations with their actions. They are flawed too. Especially the mc. Suprising right? - The main plot is about the unsolvable murder case. However, the story takes breaks from that sometimes. - Another interesting aspect is that mythology is an important aspect. Yes, the ancient mythology. Since, spoiler (well not really), one of the main character is transmigrated from Earth, which she will have an important role with uncovering the truth about these Locked Rooms. Some important Ancient Creatures (or what I call Divine Threads) are based off Mythological Creatures. - The romance is the best aspect. I'm not joking. You'll see. - I personally don't like plain character designs, so most of the important characters in the story will have some of the most beautiful character designs you'll read about. And yes, it's not only for aesthetic. It can impact their fighting styles and especially personality. - When you're reading it, don't expect it to end in a hundred chapters, or even two hundred. I'm planning this story to have atleast a thousand chapters or more. So, when you're reading, try to think in a larger scale. - Lastly, this story wasn't written to be perfect. I hate it when a story is too fast paced that there's barely enough time for me to have relationship/understanding with the main characters. This story can be slow, but each chapter will still push the plot forward. - I forgot to mention this. But the main theme of the story is your own WORTH. In this current time, with wars happening left and right, corruption taking money from different people, and the evil growing larger than the good... It's what motivated me to continue this story. SideKick | Shit Hero

Working is hard. Being a hero too. Doing both at the same time, for half the pay, is hell. Every day, Arthur wakes up early to sweep the filthy streets of Lumière in exchange for a pittance, zero recognition, and a terrible smell that seeps through his clothes and clings to his body. But when monsters appear and the city needs someone, he’s the one who steps up. Not to defeat them, of course, but because, apparently, no one else wants to clean up the mess that the real heroes leave behind. At the end of the day, his only consolation is heading to the corner diner, where the most beautiful girl he’s ever seen works. There, between a hot sandwich and a shy smile, Arthur almost forgets that he’s the lowest-paid (and most ridiculous) hero in Lumière. What kind of shit hero is this? A.N.: A short story set in the cyberpunk heroes universe of higgscrowl (Radiant).

A black coat draped over a white shirt, stained in dark, uneven patches that had yet to dry. Black trousers followed the same muted tone, blending him into the night as though he belonged to it more than the world around him. His hair was black, unremarkable at a glance, yet his eyes—sharp, brown, and unwavering—carried a quiet weight. Not exhaustion of the body, but something deeper, something that had settled within him long before this moment. Blood marked his clothes. Fresh enough to glisten faintly beneath the dim light, yet old enough to cling stubbornly, refusing to fade. The road remained silent. No footsteps but his own disturbed the stillness. No distant engines, no whisper of wind—nothing. Only a single street lamp stood above, casting a weak, yellow glow that felt… insufficient, as though it illuminated less than it should, leaving parts of the world just slightly beyond reach. BLOOD AND SHADOWS

His name is Damien Voss Callahan. Lord of the Nightfall Court — the most feared vampire clan in the immortal world. Cold. Calculating. Ruthless beyond measure. He commands armies with a glance and ends centuries-old feuds with a whisper. He has lived five hundred years without once feeling something as fragile as need. But the ancient prophecy carved into the walls of his castle speaks of a fated bond — a mortal woman who will either complete him or destroy him. He wants neither. Her name is Nora Delacroix. On paper, she is unremarkable. A freelance archivist with a secondhand coat, ink-stained fingers, and a talent for disappearing into crowds. She takes temp jobs to pay her bills, keeps no close friends, and prefers the company of old books to people. She smiles at strangers and never lets them see past it. But Nora has a secret identity — one she has guarded since the age of seventeen. A ghost name. A blade in the dark. What happens when the Lord of the Nightfall Court crosses paths with the one mortal the shadow world has been hunting for years? What will Damien do when the universe names a quiet, glasses-wearing archivist as his fated bond? And what will Nora do when her new assignment — cataloguing the private library of one Damien Voss Callahan — puts her directly inside the most dangerous court in existence?

The World Forgot My Name

Stars are disappearing, and nobody remembers they ever existed. Across the universe, entire stars vanish without a trace. No explosions, no warnings. One night, they are there. The next, the sky looks as though they never existed at all. Far above an endless sea of clouds, a boy named Kael spends his nights drawing the stars. He doesn't know why he does it, only that he feels an odd sense of loss whenever he looks at the sky. Then one night, he watches a star disappear, and a strange thought crosses his mind. He has seen this happen before. Kael doesn't understand the dreams that follow, the strange symbols that keep appearing in his drawings, or why a mysterious girl seems to know more about him than she should. But as the Silent Rift, an ancient scar in the fabric of reality, begins to stir after centuries of silence, he finds himself caught in something far bigger than he can imagine. Somewhere beyond the stars, forgotten beings are beginning to awaken. The Thirteen Primordial Fragments hold secrets tied to the very beginning of existence, while an entity known only as ZERO watches events unfold from the shadows. And somehow, Kael is connected to all of it. The more he searches for answers, the more he begins to question his own memories, his identity, and the world around him. Because if the universe is truly being erased, then why does it feel as though it is trying so desperately to forget him? And what will happen when it finally remembers?

My Mate Thinks He's Human

Elaria crossed the sea to bring her mate home. She expected Vaelor to be busy. She expected him to have a very good reason for disappearing into the human world for hundreds of years. She did not expect him to look her in the eye and calmly say: “My name is Valerian.” Even worse, the Duke of Edevane insists that he is human. That dragons are myths. And that the strange young woman who appeared at his estate claiming to be both a dragon and his lifelong mate should probably go home. Unfortunately for Valerian, Elaria knows exactly who he is. Unfortunately for Elaria, her mate has apparently forgotten everything. Now she must survive human society, learn why unmarried men and women are not supposed to sleep in the same room, pretend to be Valerian’s “distant relative,” and somehow convince a perfectly rational duke that he is, in fact, a dragon. Meanwhile, the strange anomalies Valerian has spent his human life hunting may be connected to something far older than either of them remembers. And the closer Elaria gets to the truth, the clearer one thing becomes: Vaelor did not simply forget his way home. He forgot that home ever existed.

The Ending Reader

People say every person dies twice. The first time when their heart stops. The second time when they are forgotten. Vael learned that earlier than most. In the rain-soaked megacity of Nexarum, he lives with a curse that allows him to hear the final words people will ever speak. Most are meaningless. Some are horrifying. But one night, inside a Dead Scene where reality twists into nightmare, he hears a silver-haired girl whisper: “Thank you for finding me again.” The problem is she says it like they have already loved each other across countless ruined worlds. As the city collapses beneath endless rain, fractured timelines, and horrors born from abandoned stories, Vael is dragged into a war against the inevitable end of humanity itself. And at the center of it all stands a girl trying desperately not to fall in love with the boy destined to erase himself for her sake. Because in every timeline, the world ends. And in every ending... Vael dies for her.
