I Stole A Dead Goddess's Blessing and Now She Won't Leave Me Alone

The color of a Divine Core determines your worth—and Anadis Kalonis awakened the worst one possible. Anadis had wanted to be a Blessen since he was five. He trained for years, learned to survive dangerous situations, and studied the gods rigorously so that by the time he was old enough for the Awakening Ceremony, his chances of being chosen by a God and surviving the Blessed Trial would be nearly guaranteed. But it still wasn't enough. He got the worst Divine Core possible—kids with that core didn't survive the Blessed Trial. He also didn't expect his sister and his twin to awaken Divine cores, and far better ones than his. But what he truly did not expect in a hundred years was for a goddess to fall from the sky, one who supposedly died fifteen centuries ago. And get this, she wanted his brother for herself. And she wanted to kill Anadis. Of course she did… Finally, when the Divine Voice attempted to register his new Blessing, it marked him with something no Blessen had ever received: [Sacred Fault: Godkiller] What to expect: - Weak to strong (it’s going to take a while for him to become the strongest, folks) - Slow-burn romance subplot (he’s painfully dense—don’t expect fast progress here) - Action every few chapters with slice-of-life and progression in between (downtime matters as much as combat) - Creative magic system with litRPG elements. - Multi-POV (mostly Anadis, with occasional side steps) - Gradual expanding worldbuilding (the world expands as Anadis moves through it) - Long chapters (3,000 words average) - 200k+ words written and ongoing (this story will be really long) Read 10 chapters ahead on Patreon!

Reborn in the Mist

Jason knew how he was going to die next. He's been Yagura for a month now and there's a Tailed-Beast living inside him, he knew how he was going to die next. Nobody wants to die, not even those that have done it before. Navigating the world as Yagura Karatachi, Elite Jounin of Kirigakure and Jinchuriki of the Three Tailed Beast would be dangerous enough on its own but as a Kage-candidate for Fourth Mizukage, he's far too attractive for the likes of Obito and Madara to ignore. The true Yagura is destined for a near decade under Obito's genjutsu and his village the piggybank of the Akatsuki's plans. He can't let that happen and not just because he's caught up in it now. *** Allo, just wanna say this fanfic is my second go at envisioning a character in the position of supreme power; Kage. As Kages don't regularly do missions and violence often comes to them instead, there will be fewer fight scenes until Yagura/Jason begin to face the big threat to the Shinobi world. As such I'll mostly be exploring what *right* decisions Kirigakure could have taken and the challenges to those decisions post 3rd shinobi war, as well as trying to pre-empt Obito's Akatsuki with the current Kages; Onoki, Ay, Rasa, and Hiruzen/Minato. As an aspect of the fic, it will be very Yagura/Kiri-centric with other villages and characters having interlude chapters in between. I am taking this route because, well, it's interesting and I want to discover more of what Kirigakure and its Legendary Swordsmen could have been. Anyway, hope you enjoy.

BLOOD AND SHADOWS

His name is Damien Voss Callahan. Lord of the Nightfall Court — the most feared vampire clan in the immortal world. Cold. Calculating. Ruthless beyond measure. He commands armies with a glance and ends centuries-old feuds with a whisper. He has lived five hundred years without once feeling something as fragile as need. But the ancient prophecy carved into the walls of his castle speaks of a fated bond — a mortal woman who will either complete him or destroy him. He wants neither. Her name is Nora Delacroix. On paper, she is unremarkable. A freelance archivist with a secondhand coat, ink-stained fingers, and a talent for disappearing into crowds. She takes temp jobs to pay her bills, keeps no close friends, and prefers the company of old books to people. She smiles at strangers and never lets them see past it. But Nora has a secret identity — one she has guarded since the age of seventeen. A ghost name. A blade in the dark. What happens when the Lord of the Nightfall Court crosses paths with the one mortal the shadow world has been hunting for years? What will Damien do when the universe names a quiet, glasses-wearing archivist as his fated bond? And what will Nora do when her new assignment — cataloguing the private library of one Damien Voss Callahan — puts her directly inside the most dangerous court in existence?

The Bells of the Buried World

Some roads lead somewhere. Others should never have existed. When a Bell sounds across the land, Marek expects trouble. He does not expect the roads themselves to stop agreeing with the maps. What begins as a routine journey carrying desperately needed medicine quickly becomes something stranger. Familiar routes lead travelers back to where they started. Forgotten roads return. Ancient markers point toward places that should be days apart. Maps that have been trusted for generations begin contradicting one another. And Marek is one of the few people capable of finding a way through. But the world is beginning to behave according to rules no ranger was ever taught. Then Recognition begins changing people. New abilities emerge from what they understand, what they survive, and what they prove themselves capable of doing. Marek is not alone. A formidable warrior, an Elven scholar, healers, travelers, local leaders, and people caught on the wrong side of impossible roads are all beginning to discover pieces of the same mystery. None of them has the whole answer. Every discovery makes the world larger. Every answer creates another problem. And somewhere beneath roads that should not exist, something ancient is beginning to connect places that were never meant to touch. The Bells of the Buried World is a progression fantasy and high-fantasy mystery featuring exploration, meaningful character progression, practical problem-solving, dangerous creatures, archery, magic, ancient infrastructure, multiple fantasy peoples, combat with consequences, and a world whose history may be far stranger than anyone remembers.

A hypothetical story

Sixteen months ago, seven teenagers disappeared from their school, in broad daylight, without leaving any clue behind. A week ago, three of them came back. They are refusing to talk about where they were, what happened to them, or if the other missing teens are coming back too. Until Thomas decides to tell a hypothetical story. It is a ridiculous tale of world crossing, fantasy worlds, epic wars, cold castles, and quiet mountains. But his therapist is sure of one thing: the truth of what happened to them is there, woven somewhere in the stories. So she'll listen until she cracks the code.
