Pulled from the River of Souls by a goddess, I’m given a choice: become her champion and defeat the enemy, or cease to exist. A second chance at life. Sounds simple, right? Yeah—no. The goddess is hiding something. The power I asked for? Not what she gave me. It was supposed to save my life, now it takes them. Yeah, that’s going to have consequences. My first friend? A Fae creature with secrets she’s too stubborn to tell, burdened by a past she regrets, and a punishment keeping her trapped between who she is, and who she used to be. Together we’ll fight, survive, and perhaps change things, and one another, if we live long enough. As we travel a world that doesn’t trust champions or Fae, the truth about the goddess’ struggle begins to unravel. I wasn’t brought here to save this world. I was brought here for something else entirely. This is an isekai romantasy, a tale about second chances and forgiveness, found family and the bonds that keep people together. It’s also about a fish out of water MC stumbling his way from one potential disaster to the next and the FMC who fights at his side. WHAT TO EXPECT : NO harem A romance integral to the plot Spice, mild to heavy, beginning in Vol 2 2 POVs Dialogue heavy, with fun banter Pulpy-style prose Updates M/W/F, large backlog, 60k+ new words/month.

Sixteen months ago, seven teenagers disappeared from their school, in broad daylight, without leaving any clue behind. A week ago, three of them came back. They are refusing to talk about where they were, what happened to them, or if the other missing teens are coming back too. Until Thomas decides to tell a hypothetical story. It is a ridiculous tale of world crossing, fantasy worlds, epic wars, cold castles, and quiet mountains. But his therapist is sure of one thing: the truth of what happened to them is there, woven somewhere in the stories. So she'll listen until she cracks the code.

The Beastiary's Theory Of Evolution states "All Trash Creatures Perish For The Sake Of The Higher Ones, All Trash Creatures Serve The Higher Ones, All Trash Creatures Needs To Evolve To Survive." A THEORY that is believed of different races throughout the land of Ouroboros throughout the thousands of years the world has existed. Creatures of different kinds worshipped the Great Beastiary, believed the Great Beastiary, and idolized the Great Beastiary. That was how the world of Ouroboros existed... Until a Pale-Mantle Manul broke the rule. After experiencing an impossible murder case and was henceforth suspected as the murderer of his Master, three years later after the "murder" broke out, he was sent into a Locked Room where he would need to stay until he dies. That was how Locked Rooms are; prisons where prisoners are sent to... —With the exception of the Pale-Mantle Manul. Throughout this literature, you will follow the Pale-Mantle Manul as he traverses this corrupted world of Ouroboros, ruled by the Crown. He will explore different Locked Rooms, uncover the secrets of these Locked Rooms, and unveil the history of them. However, you will have to go through all of these with different kinds of tragedies and heartwarming moments happening along the road. Especially, a slight pinch of romance in the story. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- What to expect: - A unique and new power system based around Pokemon's evolution and Kit-based power system. - A new world that isn't just a globe with different geographies. The world is a circular serpent swallowing itself through different time periods. - Well written characters that aren't just one note. They all have their own motivations with their actions. They are flawed too. Especially the mc. Suprising right? - The main plot is about the unsolvable murder case. However, the story takes breaks from that sometimes. - Another interesting aspect is that mythology is an important aspect. Yes, the ancient mythology. Since, spoiler (well not really), one of the main character is transmigrated from Earth, which she will have an important role with uncovering the truth about these Locked Rooms. Some important Ancient Creatures (or what I call Divine Threads) are based off Mythological Creatures. - The romance is the best aspect. I'm not joking. You'll see. - I personally don't like plain character designs, so most of the important characters in the story will have some of the most beautiful character designs you'll read about. And yes, it's not only for aesthetic. It can impact their fighting styles and especially personality. - When you're reading it, don't expect it to end in a hundred chapters, or even two hundred. I'm planning this story to have atleast a thousand chapters or more. So, when you're reading, try to think in a larger scale. - Lastly, this story wasn't written to be perfect. I hate it when a story is too fast paced that there's barely enough time for me to have relationship/understanding with the main characters. This story can be slow, but each chapter will still push the plot forward. - I forgot to mention this. But the main theme of the story is your own WORTH. In this current time, with wars happening left and right, corruption taking money from different people, and the evil growing larger than the good... It's what motivated me to continue this story. The incredibly anticipated game, Aevum, has just released today. Arthur has been waiting for this game for a long time, as it is the first true virtual reality MMORPG to ever be released. The company has been quite secretive about the technology behind it, though... Arthur will get to experience life in another world, along with fifty thousand other players as part of the first wave into Aevum. He will fight, learn, improve, make friends, make enemies, and uncover strange happenings in this new world. What to expect: A VRMMO story without "die in real life" stakes (I know, not everyone's cup of tea). A main character who is driven to become stronger through pure swordsmanship, no magic. Fairly light hearted tones, with descriptions of violence but nothing grotesque. PG-13 is roughly equivalent I would say.

Codex is absolute. Each tome, a shard of the creator's will. A sacred archive that chronicles the fates of all who belong to a specific dynasty—those who have passed, and those yet to be born—each word penned by the creator's own hand. What does a prince do when, upon stepping into adulthood and unlocking the truth of his destiny, he discovers that his very existence is the harbinger of doom for the homeland he loves? One cannot escape fate. History has etched in blood the names of those who tried. In the Astrum Imperium, power follows a single law: ascend or be crushed beneath those who do. Humanity rules the Solar System through the Paths of power-an ancient Ascension system that allows the Awakened to wield fragments of divine Authority. The Imperium recognizes eight ranks, from the first Spark to the legendary Divine. Those who rise become rulers, generals, and living weapons. Those who fail vanish inside the deadly trials known as Domain Echoes. Darien Halcrest is sixteen and born on the frozen moon of Callisto, far from the shining capitals of the Inner Worlds. The son of a disgraced noble family, his future depends on one thing: surviving the brutal Crucible Academy on Terra and mastering his Ice Affinity. If he succeeds, he can restore his family's honor. If he fails, he becomes another forgotten cadet swallowed by the Imperium's ruthless hierarchy. But the system humanity depends on is not as perfect as it seems. Deep inside an Imperial transport ship, an ancient artifact that has slept for ten thousand years begins to awaken. When it does, the fragile structure holding the Imperium together will start to fracture. And somewhere in the darkness between worlds, something unwritten is waiting. Darien Halcrest only wanted to climb the Path. Instead, he may become the one who breaks it.

Matas is a roofer, not a hero. When a highway wreck and a red curve in the sky drop him onto the side of a forgotten mountain, there's no prophecy waiting for him—only stone, hunger, and a System that records his every choice instead of explaining any of them . Samhal survives because a buried crystal Heart keeps the worst luck off its people, quietly paying out Probability Debt so roofs don't fall and dungeon doors don't explode. Now that Heart is humming off‑beat, debt is coming due—and every "near miss" the System forgives has to be paid in blood or stone, somewhere, by someone. Drafted as a wall scout, Matas earns his bunk the only way he knows how: reading bad load paths before they kill someone and letting a hostile System wire more omen into his bones every time the village needs an "active participant." To get anyone out before the Heart fails and the rust‑choir of ten thousand trapped souls wakes, Matas will have to become exactly what this world fears—an honor‑bound Omen‑Step engineer who decides which debts get paid, and whose names get written on the ledger.
